His market knowledge, experience, contacts, communication, and negotiation skills created an extremely positive experience throughout our recent sales process. Examples include: He provided a very thorough market analysis prior to listing, helped coordinate repairs to the house in our absence, kept us constantly updated on feedback from other realtors, helped facilitate a closing attorney that understood POA closings, and worked through hurdles as we moved closer to closing.

I needed to help my 93 year old father sell his Townhome in Naples, FL from my home in Southern California where he is now living with us. My good friend who is a Remax Agent in Port St Lucie recommended Rod after doing an extensive search of the top performing production Agents in Naples. Rod was a godsend helping us not only prepare, price and sell the house but he also helped us with the eviction process of the current tenants - providing recommendations for legal help, contents removal, Handyman service, and escrow. I made two brief visits to Naples and the rest of the transactions were handled remotely.Rod kept me appraised of the frequency of showings, open houses, prospective buyer and Realtor feedback on the property, and price fairness ratings. Rod was an attentive and conscientious agent who made sure our unoccupied home was secure while on market. He arrived early for showings and open houses, kept us apprised of the market trends, and followed up for feedback with each showing. Once a buyer was secured, he offered references for repairs and even took our old paint cans to the transfer station. I highly recommend his services.

Rod assisted us with a home purchase and sale of a vacant lot. He was excellent to work with and helped us find the home we wanted in a great area. While we were under contract on our home, he helped us sell our lot which closed the same week. I highly recommend him.

If I will have to say just one word about Rod D'Entremont - that would be AMAZING.But I need to say more than this, to understand the fully appreciation and gratitude what my family have for the stunning professionalism what Rod provided to us ,at absolutely all the levels of real estate .I have to tell you that I am myself an experienced realtor in Canada and we decided to purchase an investing condo in Naples.( Not an easy job to impress me knowing inside-out this industry ) . And the winner was an amazing condo in one of the best resorts in Naples - Falling Waters Resort. We put the offer inn, negotiated the price, conditions, down payment and next day all had been signed by both parties.All the process was extremely smooth, easy , and we got the closing in less than one month. All the information and communication with Rod is extremely fast - he is picking up the phone immediately every time and provide all the answers fast by phone or email .Through Rod, we got absolutely everything done properly at his recommendations and trust me , he knows everyone and everything in this industry to get your job done perfectly.
